Overview

Knowledge Gadget for Pega Email Manager features enhanced tools for sharing knowledge articles and references with customers. The Knowledge Widget and Buddy Widget streamline this process, allowing Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to efficiently distribute information.

We've introduced a new template called "Ask Knowledge Buddy". This template automatically generates questions from customer emails and provides responses sourced from the Knowledge Buddy. This functionality enables CSRs to quickly construct replies by simply clicking on the Share Article or Ask Knowledge Buddy template, ensuring swift and accurate customer support.
